Pippa Chapman (@chapmanpippa) is a soil scientist in the School of Geography at the University of Leeds. She is working in the interdisciplinary field of land and water management. Her expertise lies in sustainable agriculture, land management, soil health, climate change, water quality, hedgerows and peatlands. Over the last eight years, she has been evaluating the ecosystem services delivered by hedgerows, including climate change mitigation, flood alleviation and biodiversity.
