Tom Allen-Stevens is an arable farmer, founder of the British On-Farm Innovation Network (BOFIN), and award-winning arable technical journalist and editor. He has focused on conveying technical innovations, especially in plant-breeding, to a more progressive farming audience, including early adopters. He founded BOFIN in 2020 to represent farmers who carry out on-farm trials and it has since grown to a membership of 3,500. Tom is also former director and chair of Oxford Farming Conference.
