Bibi Rodgers Hunt is Head of Sustainability for Quorn Foods, based in North Yorkshire. Her background in cultural change and resource management is currently being put to good use as she facilitates the company’s journey towards Net Positive. She recently earned an MSc in Sustainability from Cranfield University, where her thesis examined zero-waste initiatives within the food industry.
