Henrietta Courtauld and Bridget Elworthy are co-founders of The Land Gardeners, sharing knowledge and solutions for healthy soil. In spring 2025 they curated an exhibition at Somerset House, London, to raise awareness about the importance of soil as the foundation for all life. The Land Gardeners have a research arm investigating global methods for feeding the soil without chemicals and have co-developed an interactive World Map of Soil Heroes celebrating and sharing these stories.
