Renowned ecological entomologist & natural philosopher Clive Turner has built his understanding of nature from over three decades of fieldwork in 30 countries. Recent ground breaking research includes large scale field studies working with local land owners & farmers to understand the ecology of dung beetles in the internationally important Dartmoor National Park.
This lively & informative session will address the importance of livestock within the agricultural landscape by focusing on the biodiversity it supports above, on & below ground. Highlighting how livestock really is an integral component of biodiverse & resilient farming systems for the future.
