Claire is a pollinator ecologist with over twenty years’ research experience at the UK Centre for Ecology & Hydrology (UKCEH). Claire leads the Pollinator Monitoring Scheme (https://ukpoms.org.uk/) that includes the FIT Count, a citizen science survey of insects visiting flowers that can be done on farmland. She is programme manager for AgZero+, bringing together researchers and farmers to evaluate innovative farming methods and practical pathways to achieving “net zero plus” farm systems.
