Noah Walker is currently undertaking a split PhD studentship between Rothamsted Research Centre and the University of Exeter. His research is focussed on improving our understanding of the mechanisms through which fungal pathogens cause disease, such as Septoria Tritici Blotch and Fusarium Head Blight, in wheat. Noah also has a background in ecology and for the past eight years has been running the West Oxfordshire Farmland Bird Project (WOFBP).
