Amy farms soy-free, mob grazed pigs, hens and a small herd of cattle in Devon, alongside her parents sheep, chickens and cattle. A passionate believer in integrated, diverse farm businesses, she is constantly adapting her systems to better suit the environment in which the farm is situated. Working closely with her customers – from chefs and farm shops to the private customer, Amy is a big believer in changing the food system into something that has deep trust and respect from each side.
