Tom is a regenerative farmer, educator, and systems thinker with a background in organic mixed farming, composting, and soil ecology. Tom’s work is shaped by a passion for study and field experience. He is a graduate of Nicole Masters’ CREATE programme, Dr Elaine Ingham’s Soil Food Web School and the Lübke certification in humus and land management. His focus areas include soil biology, composting, plant health, livestock management, crop foliar nutrition, and agroecological systems design.
