Zoltan Lengyel

Zoltán Lengyel is a regenerative farmer (arable and grassland) and co-founder of Táncoskert, a CSA farm in Hungary and EARA. A former programmer, he shifted to farming in 2013 with his wife Éva Subicz. They raise heritage breeds like Grey cattle, Mangalica pigs, and Racka sheep. As a Savory Hub demo farm, Táncoskert promotes biodiversity, soil health, and direct-to-consumer CSA models, mentoring others in Holistic Management and Regenerative Farming.
