Tom Gregory is an organic dairy farmer, producing milk for Arla. He and his wife, Sophie, share farm on the Devon Dorset border. They run 360 mainly Irish Friesian cows across 900 acres. Their business focuses on turning grass to milk in a socially and environmentally sustainable way. They are passionate about the potential of soil.
