Ana Reynolds is Managing Director of Oakbank, supporting farmers and landowners across the UK to deliver habitat creation, stewardship, and natural-capital-focused projects, providing quality seed and navigating the complexities of balancing food production, biodiversity restoration, and climate resilience. She is a new entrant to a mixed family farm in Northamptonshire, an NFFN Farming Champion and committee member of BASE-UK.
